Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Eureka Digital ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use the Reeka AI mobile application and its related services.

1. Information we collect

Depending on the features you use, we may process:

  • Account information: your email address, account identifier, authentication session, role, and team information.
  • User content: prompts, chat messages, conversation history, feedback, and content you choose to generate.
  • Files and images: documents, images, or other supported files that you deliberately select for analysis, extraction, generation, or sharing.
  • Usage information: feature usage, request timestamps, selected AI model or provider, token or request counts, and operational analytics.
  • Technical information: app version, device and operating-system information, network responses, diagnostics, and security logs needed to operate and protect the service.
  • Preferences: theme, provider or model selections, and other app settings saved on your device or account.

2. How we use information

We use information to:

  • authenticate users and maintain secure sessions;
  • provide AI chat, research, comparison, image generation, file analysis, document generation, history, and related features;
  • synchronize supported account data across devices;
  • measure usage, troubleshoot failures, prevent abuse, and improve reliability;
  • provide support and communicate important service or policy changes; and
  • comply with applicable legal and security requirements.

3. AI processing and service providers

To provide AI features, Reeka AI sends the content required for your request from the app to the Reeka backend. The backend may route that content to a supported AI or infrastructure provider, such as OpenRouter, Z.ai, OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or another provider shown in the app, depending on the model and feature selected. These providers process data on our behalf or under their applicable terms and privacy commitments.

Do not submit confidential, regulated, or highly sensitive personal data unless you are authorized to do so and understand the provider used for the request. AI-provider credentials are maintained on the Reeka backend and are not stored in the mobile app.

4. Sharing of information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information with service providers that help us deliver authentication, hosting, storage, analytics, security, file processing, and AI functionality. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.

5. File access and device permissions

Reeka AI accesses a file, image, or folder only when you select it or grant the relevant device permission. Selected content is used for the action you request. Some features may create files on your device or open the system share sheet at your direction. You can manage app permissions through your device settings.

6. Data storage and retention

Account data and conversation history may be stored on Reeka-controlled systems so that supported information can be synchronized across devices. Authentication tokens and selected preferences may be stored securely on your device. We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the service. Retention may differ by data type, account configuration, and administrator requirements.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information, including secure transport for production network requests and protected session storage. No electronic transmission or storage method is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, export, restrict, or delete your personal information. You may also sign out, remove local app data, manage device permissions, or stop using the service. To request account and associated-data deletion, contact us using the email below. We may need to verify that the request relates to your account before completing it.

9. Children

Reeka AI is not directed to children under 13, or the minimum digital-consent age required in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children who are not permitted to use the service. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information improperly.

10. International processing

Our service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Where required, we use appropriate measures for international data transfers and require providers to protect information in accordance with applicable law.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when our services, providers, or legal obligations change. We will update the effective date on this page and, when appropriate, provide an additional notice in the app or service.
